- How long should I expect to wait for my first issue?
- Upon selection of magazine, you will receive a confirmation email with the delivery date for the first issue. Depending on the date an order is placed and the publication's frequency, some magazines may take longer.
- My voucher code isn't working, what should I do?
- Make sure the correct digits have been entered. Uppercase and lowercase letters are important to the uniqueness of each code. There are never spaces before or after the code. Please make sure that you are not substituting the letter "O" with the numeral "0" or the letter "l" with the numeral "1" or letter "i". To avoid incorrect codes, copy and paste it into the code box.
- If I chose a magazine I am currently subscribed to, will it serve as a renewal?
- Absolutely! Just be sure to enter the exact same name and address that is used for your current subscription.
- Can I use my voucher code toward multiple transactions?
- The voucher code can only be used towards one transaction.
- Can I use this voucher as a gift?
- Although the voucher itself is non-transferable, you can provide a different shipping address during the checkout process if you’d like to use the voucher towards a gift subscription.
- My address has changed after I subscribed to a magazine. Now what?
